The Lancet Obstetrics, Gynaecology, & Women’s Health will showcase original research, evidence-based reviews, and insightful features on women’s health, obstetrics, and gynaecology, encompassing the entire life course—from adolescence through menopause and beyond. While advancing development and advocacy in reproductive and sexual health, the journal aims to improve clinical practice, influence policy in broader aspects of women’s health, and foster education and empowerment of young girls and women, ultimately addressing the unique needs of half the global population. The journal also aims to increase awareness and initiate discussion around the political, economic, and social factors that influence women’s health, exploring issues such as their participation in the workforce, recognition, compensation, and roles within society and politics at large
